PREPAYMENTS are non refundable however 50% of original PAYMENT can be applied to future consulting sessions if cancellation, new PAYMENT and rescheduling is made 7 days in advance.

All appointments must be used within 6 months of purchase date.

REFUNDS:

If we receive no communication or a no show for our in person appointment the full appointment payment will be forfeited.

REQUESTED REFUNDS must be sent

48 hours before scheduled APPOINTMENT and a

20% processing fee will be deducted from YOUR total prepaid service.
